Do partial hours roll over to the next month?

Yes! When you mark the previous month as "Complete", any partial hours will be automatically moved to the next month.

I signed in and don't see my data. What happened?

Don't worry, your data is safe! You probably just accidently created a second account by logging in with a different email or social account. This may happen, for example, if you first login with an email/password using your Gmail email address and then use "Sign in with Google". Please logout and log back in with the correct account.

How can I delete my account?

In the mobile app, open "Settings" and tap "Delete account". Please note, all you information on the account will be permenatly deleted.

How can I request further assistance?

In the app, navigate to the "Settings" page and tap "Send feedback". If needed, our team will reply to your request via the email address on your account.
